Panel Analysis

Next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology allows us to compile a carefully selected set of disease-associated genes—ranging from a few to several thousand genes—and analyze them simultaneously and rapidly.

In cases of specific suspected diagnoses, we offer a wide range of multigene panels for various diseases and disease groups, which we have specifically designed for the corresponding phenotype to ensure the highest possible efficiency and detection rate. Our panels comply with the guidelines of the German Uniform Assessment Standard (EBM) of the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (Kassenärztliche Vereinigung). Based on V7 exome sequencing, we are also able to perform all other specific indications for targeted molecular genetic testing.
