Genome Analysis

The Department of Human Genetics at the University Medical Center Göttingen participates in the nationwide Genome Sequencing Pilot Project (“Modellvorhaben”) initiated by the German Federal Ministry of Health (BMG). This initiative aimes at integrating modern DNA sequencing technologies into patient care, thereby substantially improving diagnostics and treatment — specifically for rare disorders and cancer.
